About Fresquez Legal

With a background in law and social work, I recognize that legal issues do not exist in isolation. They are shaped by social, economic, and systemic factors that impact individuals, businesses, and communities. My practice focuses on disability rights, ADA compliance, civil rights law, and government compliance, providing legal counsel, policy guidance, and general advisory services to those navigating complex legal systems.

I also work extensively in risk management, legislative drafting, and public sector legal oversight, helping organizations develop practical, sustainable policies that remove barriers and promote equal opportunity. By blending legal expertise with social work principles, I strive to offer clear, strategic guidance that leads to long-term stability, accessibility, and the well-being of those I serve.
